I’ve had a mix of experiences: sometimes great service, other times not so great. It varies by location and staff. Just wondering how consistent this is across branches?
Good question! I’ve been to two locations and noticed the staff at one were much more attentive than the other. Consistency could definitely improve.
Despite a few downsides, I’m a regular because when they’re on their game, it’s fantastic. When you get a good crew, everything flows so smoothly. So, it’s worth the occasional wait!
So true! The crew’s attitude makes a huge difference in the overall experience. I guess we just have to be patient sometimes.

I’m just hoping they can streamline the process to make things easier for both staff and customers. I’ve seen places that do it way better, and it sets such a good tone.
