Has anyone had issues with the relays? I swapped a fuse, but my problem persisted. Might the relay be the culprit? Curious to hear your thoughts!
Definitely could be! Relays can fail too. Just hoping you aren’t facing ‘relay rage’ like I did last week when mine went out, haha!

I had to replace my fuse panel a few months back. You can find great diagrams online that clarify the locations for a 1998 F150. I recommend checking out a service manual specific to your make and model!

If you’re considering an upgrade, look for a fuse panel that is compatible with the F150. I upgraded mine to a relay box that made my electrical system much more reliable.

I used a Painless Performance kit for my upgrade. It was a bit of a task, but well worth it for the peace of mind! Just make sure to follow the wiring diagrams closely.

The installation can be tricky! Start with disconnecting the battery to prevent shorts. You don’t want to fry any new components while working on it!

Definitely! The instructions are laid out well, and as long as you’re comfortable with basic wiring, you should manage just fine. If I can do it, anyone can!
Just remember, messing with your fuse panel can lead to some shockingly funny moments if something goes wrong. Caught my friend trying to use a hair dryer without realizing the panel was off!
