I had a bad experience with a Kenwood, just didn’t mesh well with my Focus. Sometimes it’s hit or miss depending on the wiring setup!

Also, performing a reset can solve a lot of issues. Try holding the power button until the screen goes blank. It usually takes about 10 seconds.
I’ll definitely try that! I hope it works as I’ve been dealing with random shut-offs.
If it keeps shutting off, you might want to check the fuse as well. A weak connection could be the cause of those persistent issues.
