I used a solid set of wrenches and a breaker bar for the tensioner. Also helpful was an extra pair of hands to hold the belt in place while I worked!
Extra hands are the best! Just don’t take on the whole car yourself if you’re not sure. It can get messy fast. Better safe than sorry! 
Exactly! You definitely don’t want to make it a bigger issue. Sometimes, the cost of tools plus time isn’t worth the hassle.
