I use a simple mixture of vinegar and water; it works surprisingly well for tough spots, and it’s eco-friendly!
That’s interesting! I’ve never thought of vinegar. Isn’t there a smell, though?
The smell is temporary; it goes away once it dries. Plus, it cuts through grime like a champ! An excellent option for maintenance.
Remember to condition rubber mats every now and then. You don’t want them to crack over time, right? A good rubber conditioner works wonders.
That’s a good point! What kind of conditioner do you recommend?
I use 303 Aerospace Protectant. It helps maintain the flexibility and keeps them looking new!
Nice! Does anyone here use all-weather mats? How do they compare to rubber or carpet in terms of maintenance?
All-weather mats are usually easier to clean than carpet mats. Just a hose down and they’re good to go! Just be cautious of the sun fading them over time.
