Hey everyone,

I’m considering upgrading my current tires to the RBP Repulsor M/T for my light truck/SUV, and I want to gather some feedback before making a decision. Has anyone here had experience with these tires, especially in off-road conditions?

  • Off-Road Capability: How well do they perform in muddy or rocky terrains? Any challenges or surprises?
  • Road Noise: If you’ve used them on highways, how’s the road noise?
  • Tread Wear: What’s the longevity like? Do they wear down quickly or hold up well over time?

Installation and Compatibility

  • Fitment Issues: Did you encounter any problems during installation? Any modifications needed for specific models?
  • Sizing: What sizes are you using, and were they compatible with your vehicle?

Overall Experience

  • Feedback: Positive or negative, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the RBP Repulsor M/T tires. Were there any unexpected benefits or drawbacks?
  • Recommendations: Would you recommend them compared to other similar tires?

Looking forward to hearing your experiences and insights! Thanks in advance for your help!

I’ve been using the RBP Repulsor M/T tires for about six months now, and their off-road performance is impressive. They really grip well on rocky trails and muddy surfaces.

That’s great to hear! How do they perform on wet roads? I’ve heard mixed reviews.

I found the wet handling to be fairly decent. They have a good tread pattern that channels water fairly well, but I wouldn’t push them too hard in heavy rain.

That’s reassuring! I plan to take mine on some off-road adventures, but safety comes first.

Off-roading is where these tires shine! I had no issues climbing steep hills or navigating through mud pits. Their traction is top-notch.

Do they handle well on the highway too? I do a lot of back-and-forth driving.

I would say they are a bit noisy on the highway, but the handling is solid. Just be prepared for some road rumble.

At least it’s not like riding in a blender! Maybe I can live with the noise if they perform well off-road.

They’re definitely worth it for off-road enthusiasts. I took mine through sand and they performed beyond my expectations.

That’s awesome! Do they wear quickly, though? I’ve heard mixed reports on tire life.

Good question! I’ve had them for a while and they still look great. Just rotate them regularly to extend their lifespan.

I’ve been using the RBP Repulsor M/T for about a year now, and I must say, they hold up well! The tread wear is minimal even after tackling some rough terrains.

That sounds promising, Anthony! I’ve heard mixed reviews about their puncture resistance though. How do they fare against sharp rocks?

I’ve had mine for six months, and they’re surprisingly resistant to punctures, even with the sharp gravel I drive through. Definitely a plus!

That’s great to hear! How about the overall lifespan? Any signs of significant wear yet?

I’ve noticed some wear, but I would say it’s about average for an M/T tire. They still have plenty of tread left for off-roading!

That’s fair. I prefer tires that last longer between replacements. How often do you need to rotate them?

I rotate mine every 5,000 miles to keep the wear even, and that seems to help with the lifespan overall. So far, so good!

I’ve heard of some people getting a little less than expected mileage. It can’t be all good, can it? What if you’re driving on the highway a lot?
