I’ve had my Fox 2.0 shocks for about two years now, and no issues at all! They hold up really well, even with frequent off-road trips. Highly recommended!
Anyone else experience rough riding with stock shocks? I feel like the original ones don’t really handle bumps well, especially when loaded.
Yes! Stock shocks on an F150 can feel really bouncy! That’s why I upgraded to the Bilstein 5100. It was a night and day difference for me.

Installation was pretty straightforward! Just make sure you have a spring compressor if you’re doing the front. It took me a weekend to get it all done.
What about the pros and cons of the different shocks? My brother swears by Skyjacker, but I’ve heard mixed reviews.

Skyjacker has a reputation for being good off-road, but their road handling isn’t as solid as others like Bilstein or Fox. It really depends on what you value more: off-road or comfort.
That’s a solid point. I wonder if mixing shocks for different uses could actually work?
