Looking for the Best Leveling Kit for My 04 Chevy 2500HD

I’ve read mixed reviews about the Supreme Suspensions kit. Anyone had experience with that for the 2500HD?

Supreme Suspensions can offer a good lift, but some users mention slight squeaking noises over time. Just a heads up!

That’s interesting! Do you think they still perform well off-road?

I’ve got the Zone Offroad kit, and I’m really happy with it. Solid construction and much better handling compared to stock.

They’re decent off-road but not the best. If that’s your aim, consider brands like Fabtech or Skyjacker for more durability.

Sounds promising! How did the installation go?

I’m curious about the compatibility of these kits. Do they affect the warranty of the truck?

Most leveling kits generally won’t void the warranty as long as they’re installed correctly. Just keep any receipts and documentation!

I’ve heard people say that a leveling kit is just a waste of money… What do you think?

I disagree! A good kit can enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

Honestly, it depends on your truck needs. If you’re just using it for commuting, maybe skip it. But for off-roading, it’s a must!

Thanks for all the input, everyone! Based on this, I’m leaning towards the Zone Offroad kit. Excited to get started!

Make sure to post some pics once you’ve installed it! Always cool to see the results.

Definitely will! Can’t wait to share. This forum has been super helpful.

I’m looking into leveling kits too for my 04 2500HD. I’ve heard that they can improve ride quality, especially when towing. Has anyone noticed a significant change?

Absolutely! My ride got a lot smoother after installing a 2-inch leveling kit. It feels more stable, especially on uneven roads.

I also have a 2500HD! I went with a spacer kit and it enhanced the handling significantly without major changes to the suspension.

Do you think it affects off-road performance? I’m curious about stability on rough terrains.

I’ve taken mine off-road since installing a leveling kit, and while it handles better on trails, you can feel the bumps more. Just something to consider.

Good point! If you’re doing both on-road and off-road, a quality kit might make a big difference in versatility.
