Looking for Feedback on Todd's Motorcycles in Bellingham, MA

I’ve been thinking about checking out Todd’s Motorcycles in Bellingham, Massachusetts, and I wanted to get some feedback from anyone who’s had experiences with them. I’m particularly curious about their motorcycle sales and services offered.

  • Sales: What’s the selection like? Do they have a range of new and used bikes? Any particular models that you think are worth checking out?
  • Service Options: If you’ve had your bike serviced there, how was the experience? Were they thorough? What kind of maintenance or repairs can they handle?
  • Parts Availability: Does anyone know how good their parts department is? Do they stock a comprehensive range of accessories and parts for different models?
  • Customer Service: What’s the staff like? Are they helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions about bikes or repairs?

I recently visited Todd’s Motorcycles and I must say, the customer service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about all the bikes and answered all my questions.

I’ve been to Todd’s a few times. While the staff is generally friendly, I found some not as knowledgeable as I’d hoped. They couldn’t answer a few technical questions I had about a specific model.

That’s surprising! My experience was the opposite; they seemed well-trained, and I really appreciated that.

For me, Todd’s staff was very helpful, but I did feel a bit rushed during my visit. I had a lot of questions, and they were busy with other customers. Slightly stressful!

Totally understand that feeling! Sometimes it can be hard to get the attention you need when they’re busy.

My experiences have been very positive overall! The staff made my bike shopping journey exciting and informative rather than overwhelming.

That’s a good sign! It’s nice when they are engaging rather than pushing for a sale.

While I had a couple of negative experiences, overall, the service staff seem committed to helping out. Just wish I had gotten better answers during my last visit.

I love the motorcycles at Todd’s! The staff seems genuinely enthusiastic about bikes and it shows in their service. I felt valued as a customer.

Trivia: Did you know that motorcycles are often considered a symbol of freedom? Maybe that’s why they are so enthusiastic? Just a thought!

Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been a mixed bag, but worth it. I really think they care about the motorcycles, even if service can be inconsistent.

I’ve been to Todd’s Motorcycles a few times now, and I’m impressed with their variety. They carry everything from cruisers to sport bikes. Definitely worth checking out for accessories too!

That sounds great! How do their prices compare to other local shops?

I purchased a jacket and helmet from Todd’s last month, and I found both to be of excellent quality! Reasonably priced too, in my opinion.
