I think that clicking sound is typical with some loads—just a sign of a snug fit! Overall, I’m enjoying mine in the Power Tool X100 too!

Can anyone confirm if the BXT 65 850 is compatible with the EcoTool series? I’m curious if I should give it a shot or stick to the original battery.

I tried it in my EcoTool 7000 and it worked great! Just be aware it’s slightly heavier, so balance might feel weird at first.

I’ve been using the BXT 65 850 battery for a few months now. So far, no overheating or leakage issues to report. It seems to perform well, but how does it handle in warmer climates?

I’m really curious about that too! I live in Texas, where it gets really hot. A battery that overheats could be a real concern for safety.

I did some research on safety standards related to this battery. It meets UL standards, which is promising. Still, I’ve heard of incidents with other brands overheating—always a concern.

Absolutely! Battery safety should be our top priority. Does anyone know if there are documented incidents specifically with the BXT 65 850?

From what I’ve seen, nothing significant has been reported about the BXT 65 850. It’s generally well-reviewed, but I’d love to hear if anyone’s had a bad experience.

So far, my experience has been positive! Used it for my power tools and no problems yet. Still, I keep it away from extreme temperatures as a precaution.

I’ve heard leaks can be a major issue with batteries. Anyone had issues with leakage from the BXT 65 850? Just want to be cautious before making a purchase.

I haven’t experienced any leakage, but I’ve read that proper storage can prevent that. Definitely take care of the battery!

Keep in mind, sometimes the user’s handling can lead to issues, like leakage. I like to keep my batteries in cool, dry places and check for any signs of damage regularly!

That’s super smart! I often joke that my batteries need more pampering than I do, haha.

While I think it’s important to be cautious, I also believe the BXT 65 850 is reliable. Just make sure you follow manufacturing guidelines! What’s your favorite application for it?
