Thanks in advance for all your feedback!

I’ve had the Saddlemen Step Up seat for a few months now, and I can confidently say it greatly enhances comfort on long rides. The padding is substantial, and my back feels more supported than ever.

That’s great to hear! I often struggle with lower back pain during long rides, so I’m curious if the Saddlemen Step Up really helps with that.

In terms of back support, I’d rate it a solid 9/10. I’ve taken it on some 500-mile days, and it made the ride enjoyable. No more sore spots!

Sounds impressive! I haven’t done that kind of distance yet. Is the height adjustment something that plays well with different riders?

Absolutely! The Seat has great ergonomics, and it does cater to various heights. You can adjust it for optimal fit, making those long rides much more manageable.

Great info! Anyone feel it’s too firm? I’ve always preferred a more cushy seat!

I initially thought it was too firm, but after some use, I’ve really grown to appreciate the support it provides. It’s definitely not sponge-like, but it works for me.

One thing I love is the step-up design. It not only helps with comfort but also gives me more control while riding. Highly recommend it for serious bikers!

That sounds convincing! But I wonder if it looks bulky on the bike? I prefer a sleek look.

It’s actually quite stylish! The design is functional without looking too bulky. And trust me, comfort trumps aesthetics on long trips!

I’ve installed the Saddlemen Step Up seat on my 2020 Sportster and found it fairly easy. Just needed a basic socket set and about 30 minutes. It fit perfectly without any adjustments!

That’s awesome to hear! What about fit on the frame? Any wobbling or gaps?

I had some issues installing it on my 2018 Softail. The bolt holes didn’t align perfectly. I had to file them a bit, which took extra time. All in, it was about an hour-long job.

Yikes! I hope it didn’t compromise the seat’s stability. Did you have to buy any extra tools?

Luckily, no extra tools were needed, just a simple file. I think the challenge came from variability in production. It feels secure now, thankfully.

I just put one on my 2021 Indian Scout. Installation was a breeze with only 15 minutes involved. A socket wrench set and some patience were all I needed. It fits like a glove!

That sounds great, I might consider it for my bike! Any tips for alignment when putting it on?

Be sure to line up the back rail first, then the front. It makes it much easier! And check alignment before fully tightening down the bolts.

I took almost an hour on my 2003 Road King. The instructions were vague, and I ended up needing to Google some videos. Where’s the humor in that!
