Anyone checked out McMahon's Harley-Davidson in Beaver Falls?

Seeking Feedback on McMahon’s Harley-Davidson

Hey everyone,

I’m currently in the market for a Harley-Davidson, and I’ve been hearing a lot about McMahon’s Harley-Davidson in Beaver Falls. I’m curious to get some insights from anyone who has either purchased a bike there or just visited the dealership.

Here’s what I’d like to know:

  • Inventory: What’s their selection like? Do they have a good mix of new and pre-owned bikes?
  • Customer Service: How’s the staff? Are they knowledgeable and friendly?
  • Pricing: Are their prices competitive? Any tips on negotiating?
  • Services: Do they offer good maintenance packages or after-sales support?

I’m specifically looking for information on any models people recommend or any great experiences you’ve had while dealing with them. If you’ve got any horror stories too, I’d love to hear those to steer clear of any potential pitfalls.

Thanks in advance for your help—I’m excited to hear your thoughts and hopefully make a decision soon!

I’ve been to McMahon’s Harley-Davidson a few times, and their customer service is top-notch! The staff is super responsive and always willing to help with any questions.

I completely agree! I had a minor issue with my bike, and they were incredibly helpful in resolving it quickly.

I visit McMahon’s frequently for parts and service. Their team is consistently friendly, and I always leave feeling valued as a customer.

It’s refreshing to hear that! I’ve had mixed experiences at other dealerships but not here.

I had a completely opposite experience. The last time I went, I felt overlooked. Has anyone else experienced this?

That’s unfortunate! I’ve always been treated well. Did you happen to visit during peak hours?

I’ve only been there for a bike rally event, but their atmosphere was fantastic! Didn’t interact much with the staff then, though.

Yes! The events they host are fun, and I feel like the staff really enjoy being there too.

I’ve heard mixed reviews, but I’m curious about their service department. Anyone had a recent experience getting repairs?

I took my bike there last month for service, and I was very satisfied with the turnaround time.

It’s reassuring to hear all this! I didn’t want to deal with a ‘big box’ feeling at a dealership, and it seems like McMahon’s avoids that.

Exactly! Plus, the staff’s personal touches really make a difference! You can’t put a price on good customer service.

I stopped by McMahon’s last week, and the variety is impressive. They have everything from the classic Sportsters to some killer Road Kings! Definitely worth a visit.

I can confirm! I just picked up a 2020 Road King, and I love it. The ride is smooth, and the features are top-notch.

Seems like they have a wide range of bikes for both new riders and seasoned enthusiasts. How’s the condition of the used models, though?

I checked out a few used models there last month. They seemed well-maintained and fairly priced! I was eyeing a nice Fat Bob.

I found the condition to be pretty good! They do a solid job on inspections and refurbishing.

For those looking for variety, they even have trikes! It’s a wild ride for anyone who enjoys something different.

What do you think about their customer service? I find it makes a big difference when buying a bike!
